Jm Marvel Hotel & Spa - Hanoi

Our Beautiful Double or Twin Room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, made every night restful. The breakfast was delicious with a range of options, and the hotel staff, especially Thom, were helpful with recommendations for local attractions and tours. Their kindness.

We only slept at the superior family room with a comfy bed, but greatly enjoyed it. Amazing central location next to the lake and central tourist area as well as HaLongBay & Haiphong.

Everything was fine, so were STUNNING views on old town nearby. Location: the hotel was near the lake and all the museums, sights, international airport, and city centre.

Water temperature fluctuates during showers!!! Soundproofing could use improvement since corridor noise is quite audible. Having the swimming pool a five-minute walk away isn't ideal either!!!

Central location in nice area where you can stroll around experiencing local atmosphere. Sensational breakfast and high-class room with a beautiful decor.

The employees were affable and best. The public parking was nearby, great service. It had favourable location very close to an ornate restored 12th - century shrine. And the area was nice enough, right by the Temple as well as Vietnam.

Exceptionally accommodating staff ensured a comfortable stay, providing craft beer coupons at the rooftop bar. The homemade yogurt at breakfast was good. Despite a late arrival and initial jetlag, the soundproof room with a window was a welcome retreat from street noise.

Street noise creeps in at times, especially from the busy intersection outside the room, which might bother light sleepers. The shower door didn't close properly, leading to a bit of water spillage on the bathroom floor-an annoyance, but nothing a towel couldn't handle.

They greeted us warmly and were always available to offer assistance. The location in the Old Quarter couldn't be better. Everything is within walking distance. The room had a cozy vibe, but it felt a bit cramped for our family of four. We opted for an extra room, which worked out nicely. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety that included some of the best pho I've tasted. The spa treatments were heavenly, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. One annoyance was the limited space for breakfast seating during peak hours. Despite that, cleanliness was great, and I appreciated the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. Would definitely come back for another stay.
